All facilities superb. Great firm comfy bed, bathroom beautiful. Staff all courteous, friendly, and nothing too much trouble. Swimming pool great, maybe a touch warmer but was ok. Delicious fruit juice at pool bar. Airport collection/ drop-off was perfect, driver friendly. Shame we couldn't try breakfast due to an early flight. Could not fail to recommend and will visit again.

I love the relaxed ambience upon entering the lobby much more in the room. The room is cozy and huge as well as the luxurious bathroom. The level of professionalism and care is exceptional. Staying in the hotel was a memorable experience indeed.

We love everything about this hotel. The beddings are very clean and comfortable (best bed ever!). The room is wide enough for our family of four. The bathroom in incredible. Room service is great. The location is perfect as it is within the Ayala center area - walking access to malls, movies and restaurants . Also a few mins to the airport. I just really I had booked a longer stay. We only booked two nights :( All staff are very courteous from checking in to check out.
